These terms cover your use of abphotovideo.com and any payment you make to us online. "We" means Anton Benedikt Photography, LLC, doing business as AB Photo & Video. By using this site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Every project starts with a written agreement that you sign. It sets the scope, schedule, price, license, payment plan and cancellation terms. If your agreement and these terms ever disagree, your agreement controls.
Prices, packages and examples on this site are a guide. They become an offer once they appear in a proposal or agreement we send you.
Everything on this site belongs to us or to the people who licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright. That includes the photos, film, text, our logo and the site design. You may view it and share links to our pages. You may not copy, download, edit or reuse any of it without our written permission.
Much of our work can be licensed for other businesses, with approval from the businesses and homeowners involved. Email us about any image or film you'd like to use.
The names and logos of businesses we've worked with belong to those businesses.
You may not use this site or anything on it to train, fine-tune or test an AI model, or to build a dataset. Scraping, crawling or bulk downloading the site needs our written permission. Search engines may index the site to show it in search results.
When you send us a form, please give accurate details. Please don't use this site to break the law, send spam, reach parts of the site that aren't public, or disrupt how it runs. We may block access for anyone who does.
This site links to and embeds tools run by other companies, such as Calendly, Vimeo, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We aren't responsible for their content.
We work to keep this site accurate and running. To the extent the law allows, we provide it "as is," and we make no promise that it will always be available, error-free or free of viruses. Articles in Insights are general information, and you should check how they apply to your own project. Promises about our services are in your project agreement.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. The liability terms in a signed project agreement stay as written.
If a claim is made against us because you broke these terms or used our work without permission, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees.
Washington law applies to these terms. If a problem comes up, email us first, and we'll both try to settle it within 30 days. Any court case about these terms or the site is heard in King County, Washington.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply from that date and don't change any agreement already signed.
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement about your use of this site.
